At Umriva, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Good news! We do offer returns.

Returns

We offer returns within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• Be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Pass our Quality Check (QC) upon receipt.

Once your returned product successfully passes our Quality Check, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Note: Return shipping charges for returns due to a change of mind or personal preference may be borne by the customer.

Replacements for Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or has a missing item, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

• Clearly show the sealed outer shipping box.
• Capture the complete unboxing process from start to finish.
• Show that all seals are intact and untampered before opening.

Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:

• Products that have been used or worn.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Scratches, breakage, or damage caused due to improper handling or use after delivery.
• Requests made after the 3-day return window.
• Damage reported more than 7 days after delivery.

Quality Check (QC)

All returned products undergo a Quality Check (QC) upon receipt.

If the product passes QC:

• Eligible returns: A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Eligible damaged, defective, or missing-item claims: A free replacement will be dispatched.

If the product does not pass our Quality Check, the return or replacement request may be declined, and the product will be sent back to you.
